I feel like it would be fun to wear in a costumey kind of way. Like, if I was in a play and I got to wear that dress, I would be so excited. BUT if you bought it, would you ever really bust it out? I know that I would get it, and keep thinking that I wanted to wear it, but I never actually would because it is so unique

It's like something I'd love, but never wear out of the house because I don't want to admit how much I love it

since it's cotton, I'd be the person who just wears it for the heck of it on the weekend. it's so hot here, you can always use another sundress.

I think it is cute. I would wear it with some funky flats for some reason I think with heels it would seem too costume-y. You could also wear a tank top under it.
