I ordered it already too.  Oh well!   The funny thing is that this is listed under Casual Tops, as a tunic, on the F21 site.  I'm short and it looks long to me, so I want to wear it as a dress, alone or w/leggings....



And if it works, is it too much to also have this? (My mom will be helping me make the below one)

I think ti would be cute as a dress...I also like that second one...if you have places to wear it, I would also get the second one

I think it's cute.  If you are making the bottom one, why not do it in a different color?  Otherwise, they would be awfully similar.

it looks comfortable! It would look better with a waist belt IMO. I like the leggings idea!

I bought a navy tunic from anthroplogie that looks very similar to the forever 21 one except it is sleeveless but has the side pockets. I lovee the style and i llove the pockets. im short, 5 feet 1", so i wear it like a dress. I really like it. Does the f21 tunic come in another color?

Right now, no. They only have purple on the site; I wouldn't be surprised if they added more though, since I've seen them do that before
