Hard to tell because that photo is so small.

To me, she's just looking more and more like Rachel Zoe..which is not a good thing since Rachel Zoe looks like a worn out piece of leather.

she definitely had a nose job around the same time she got skinny. i'll try to find a better pic and see if there's been anything else recently. i love figuring out celebs' plastic surgery

She does look different but I can't place what it is. I've always thought her nose looked different after she got skinny but wasn't never sure if it was a nose job since there was never any talk about it.

Her hair is parted in the middle instead of swooping on the side like usual. Maybe a combo of that and it's just one of those pictures that doesn't really look like the person. I don't know. She does look different though.

Hmmm..Once I get past the collar bone and neck veins she does look different. I'm thinking she has softer hair, her face looks more feminine - which could be attributed to a good makeup artist.
