Tried this out tonight from dottie's ww site and it turned out really good.  I was nervous with the ingredients but you could barely tell they were in there.


Barbecued Meat Loaf - 3 Points

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

1 cup drained canned pinto beans
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/3 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup dry breadcrumbs
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce -- low-salt
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
2 cloves garlic -- minced
1 large egg white -- lightly beaten
1/3 cup barbecue sauce -- divided
3/4 pound ground round
1/2 pound lean ground pork
Cooking spray

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Combine first 10 ingredients in a large bowl; stir in 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce.
Crumble ground round and ground pork into bowl, stirring just until blended.

3. Shape mixture into an 8 1/2x4-inch loaf on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
Brush 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce over meat loaf.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Brush remaining barbecue sauce over meat loaf.
Bake an additional 10 minutes or until done. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
Yield: 8 servings.
