I actually like how the Target skirt fits you better. I think the seven skirt looks a tad big on you and the Target skirt looks more fitted.

Is your Target skirt a size 6?

mine is a size 6.  and it does feel a tad looser in the waiste, but, the rest of the way down, it fits a lot better.  i like the fading and the wash a lot better than the seven skirt.  the seven skirt, i must admit, doesn't look the same in person as it does on nordies site.  it looks very different in person.

Hmm, I would have to disagree - my 7 skirt looks exactly the same as the one on the Nordies site - weird!  Anyhow, I really like both of them on you, but if you want to save money, the Target one looks like a good alternative.  I do like the 7 one on you though.

I actually prefer the look of the seven skirt..but for $25 the Target is a good alternative.

I love my Target version - I'm actually wearing it right now. I've never looked closely at the seven skirt IRL, but I couldn't imagine being happier with it than I am with my Target one - I think I've worn it almost every day, for at least part of the day, since I got it!

I actually like the 7 skirt better. I like the color and the small details better. It just looks better-quality to me. But if you don't think you're going to get enough wear out of it, then I would stick with the Target one.

I like the wash of the seven skirt better but other than that they are pretty much the same and you can't go wrong with the Target price sticker.

I really like the wash of the 7 skirt and the quality just looks better than the Target skirt.

however, for $25 the target one is a good substitute esp. if you don't wear jean skirts a lot.

Hmm, I do like the Seven wash better, but the Target skirt seems to fit you better based on the pictures.  If price is the issue, I don't think you can go wrong with the Target skirt.

Also, I bought the Nordies BP version of this skirt yesterday ($34 during the Anniversary Sale) and recommend it if you have a Nordies near you (the skirt isn't online as far as I can tell).

the price isn't an issue, and i  don't have a nordies near me.  my only issue is that to me, the seven skirt was a little disapointing, and it is a bit long, and i don't feel like the wash is the same as in the pic.  i think it is so georgious on line, but when i got it in person, i felt let down.  i actually just like the target skirt better.

I think the Seven skirt looks much better, on you and in the picture showing details. I think the wash and length on the Seven skirt looks much nicer too. The pockets on the Target skirt look more like COH knockoffs than Seven, and that annoys me.

As much as I wanted to like the Seven skirt, I think the Target skirt looks much better.

I like the 7 skirt better, but for the price difference, the Target one is a good substitute.  I think it really depends on how often you'll wear it.  If it's going to be a staple you're better off with the 7.
