oh no!!  as if the accident wasn't bad enough.  its not fair that people can drive around with no insurance and all they get is a minor citation.  at least you are ok.

on a happier note, LOVE the dress and think it will look amazing on you.  i too am on the "keep it" bandwagon; you deserve it for the mental and emotional stress the accident has put on you.
