   #1 BP. 'Limelight' Slouch Boot#2


 


 


I "think" I like the first pair best.  My biggest concern with the second pair is the flap in the front (to pirate like???) I'm really unsure about which pair to keep.  If it makes a difference the first pair is $79.90 and the second pair is $129.95. They are both equally comfortable.

I think the first pair look really flattering on you, and the color is so rich.. So I vote number 1

you know what? i totally prefer #1...the color's richer, you'll be able to wear them longer, and the leather looks nicer. yay for keeping the cheaper boots!

Without even looking at price I thought the 1st pair looked better because they came slightly higer on the leg.  After looking at the price they are cheaper so I definitely say keep them!

Thanks girls.  I returned the second pair and kept the first. 


Laken- Yes, those are the BP ones.  I know you ordered those and the Via Spiga ones.  I initially went in for the Via Spiga ones but they didn't look/fit right on me.

Actually that was me, not Laken! I have large calves too so the Via Spiga ones probably won't work on me either. I like the fact that the VS ones are higher on the leg than the BP ones, though. And now I'm worried that my normal size will be too big in the BP ones.

OMG!!!I'm so sorry. Of course that was you. I tend to mix the two of you (hangs head in shame)


Back to the boots, I couldn't get the Via Spiga ones up all the way so they actually were bunchier than I wanted and the same height as the BP ones (since I couldn't pull them up higher). I also felt that the stiching on them was not quite what I wanted.  I hope you're able to find a pair that works for you.

Ha! I surely was lusting after the Via Spiga ones so it was easy to confuse at this point! I'll have to check these out.
