I just saw your ticker & that it is 10 DAYS until your wedding? How is it going? Do you need to vent? Are you getting excited? Can't wait til it's over? Where are you going on your honeymoon (I can't remember!)

Lots of questions I know - I just got surprised that it was this close though I knew it was coming up!

It all feels quite surreal, to be perfectly honest.  We've been engaged for 4 years now, and actually 'planning' for 18 months - it feels like we'll *always* be planning it and looking forward to it!  I can't quite comprehend that this is going to be *over*, and soon!


Dress still fits!  Still have sooooooo much to do though, and our houseguests are flying in a week from yesterday.  My shower is this Sunday (aka T minus 7 days), my bachelorette day is next Friday, rehearsal and rehearsal dinner is Saturday, Wedding is Sunday, and we leave for Hawaii on Monday.  Eek!


Still need to find gifts for the wedding party and our families, write all the place cards, configure the seating chart to minimize brawls, make my packing list for the day-of, make up the emergency basket, confirm the rehearsal dinner reservation, pack both FH and myself for the honeymoon, confirm with my hair stylist, lalalalalalalalaaaaa and the list goes on!


My Bridal Rage seems to have subsided for now .  But I can't let myself think about how it's in 10 days, because then I work myself all up into a tizzy.  I'm planning the crap out of it until the day of, and then keeping my expectations as reasonable as possible.


That's probably waaaaaay more than anyone cares to know, but who else to share mundane details with than your best internet pals?

yay! I am excited for you, Elle. I remember when I had 10 days left. I rushed everything and so I was so bored the last 2 days. LOL! Everybody says this, but make sure you enjoy the day as much as you can.
