I saw it and loved it. It was a very different movie and its logic is difficult to follow, but I really enjoyed the story and was thoroughly moved by it.

I think people who say it is bad say so because they can't follow the logic that the movie has created for itself. But that's JMO.

i loved the original. i heard from a few people this is one of the worst movies ever made however.

lilykind you know i love you but i'm gonna have to beg to differ on this one. i went in with the lowest of expectations and was still dissapointed. i thought it was terrible. however, i haven't seen the original so maybe that was much better.

I seen it and liked it ok, I think it's a good one to rent, not really worth the $8 for the movie ticket.

Thanks girls! I am treating my mom out to a movie tomorrow night and didntknow if I should pick this one or The Devil Wears Prada. But I think TDWP would be a fun movie to watch together. Right?

I have seen TDWP and it was really good. I went witha group of girls who are not that into fashion and we all liked it a lot.

I would say DWP too...that was throughly enjoyable. The Lake House makes you go "huh" at the end and then you have to discuss the whole thing to figure out what happened.
