how should i handle this? i'm losing steam. it's been 6 weeks and i have heard nothing. 2 1/2 weeks ago they finally got my claim form, which would set things back into motion. i called about 1 week after that and couldn't find out anything. so do i get bitchy? assertive? let them do their thing? ask to talk to a manager?
i feel like my bag has to be somewhere and i should be able to harass someone about it, but i'm just not sure what to do.
I would call and talk to a manager. At least maybe you could get more info on the procedure that way. Get the manager's name and every time you call back try to deal with that same person. Good luck and I'm sorry to hear their process has been so slow.
