How good at getting rid of brownheads/blackheads?

I'm going to be having rhinoplasty in a couple months and I keep hearing from ppl that your nose gets really oily and ridden with brownheads bc of the splint. I want something that will really clean out the crap from my new nose so I can show it off

Any products that anyone can recommend? TIA!

I haven't tried it, but in greendiamond's Holy Moley, My new must have product thread many girls raved about Dermologica's precleanse. HTH!

I got this product and I really didn't see too much of a difference :(

It honestly just reminds me of make-up remover.
