aubrey dress Hi I'm new but in need of some help. I bought this dress and also another anthro dress they don't have on the site anymore, but it was white strapless with kind of a blue paisley floral with a red sash

I've had both of them for months but I'm drawing a blank when it comes with what to wear it with. Shoes? Some type of sweater/jacket? Jewelry?

I'm looking for something somewhat dressy and I don't really want to spend more than $100 on each. TIA!

anyone? I'd settle for some color ideas for shoes.. I'm just drawing a blank and I don't want to end up looking too matchy-matchy

Well for the dress shown in the pic  black would be the safe route to go . I would go with a strapy open toe heel. Or you could do a silver shoe  is the dress long like it shows?   Also a wrap would look better than a sweater for the first dress

as for the second dress with out seeing it  that is kinda hard maybe a red shoe?

I think i know that 2nd dress you are talking about.  I think Bex or Shopchicago posted about it a few months/weeks ago with the same questions.  I think the general consensus was that a red shoe would look really cute with it.  Maybe a peep toe or sling back shoe I think.

For the first dress I think black would be a safe route but I also like the idea of that same red shoe with it or maybe a teal or other colored shoe.

I don't think you need a shrug/cardi for that first dress.  If you wanted something I'd go with black - boring but it won't take away from the dress.  I got a really nice one from White House Black Market last sept but they have had them in stock ever since even now.  Its a 3/4 sleeve black shrug that only comes in about an inch or two from the arm pits so I think that type of shape/style would do fine with this dress.

Jewelry with that first dress might take away from the black v-neck.  If you did wear something I would keep it simple like a thin silver/gold chain with a small item like the popular tiffany heart necklace or infinity sign necklace they have.
