I'm planning a month long trip to southeast Asia in August, with most of my time in Vietnam. Does anyone have any tips/experiences they can share? I'm also leaning towards joining 2 organized trips while I'm there with GAP Adventurers (one from Bangkok to Saigon, and then another from Hanoi to Hong Kong). Has anybody been on one of these? I'm going to be traveling alone for most of the time so I'd like some advice... Thanks!

can't help you there but if you plan on making a stop in malaysia/singapore and need help let me know.
