I'm with you Aurora - I gained another 0.2 this week, which isn't much but that's 3 straight weeks & a total gain of 4 lbs so I have to get it back under control.

B: ham & cheese on an english muffin w/ ICBINB spray - 4 pts
L: cereal & milk - 3 pts
S: WW choc cake - 1 pt
D: no clue yet

Aurora - I want cherries - can you give me the pt value for the bing cherries? I'm assuming that is what you usually eat? (tom thumb has them for $1.99 / lb starting today, btw)

Yup.  that's the kind I love.  I do 20/21 cherries for 1 point.  I think thats roughly a cup or cup and a half.  I've never measured just counted from the back of a bag once.  I saw that HEB and Randalls has them for $1.99 so I'm heading there.  I have bought 2 bags at Kroger and both were rotting the next day (talk about mad!!!  $12!!!!).
