I need jeans!
Permalink Closed

I finally have a job that I can wear jeans to, so I'd like to get a pair to wear once in a while. (I only have one pair now). I can't seem to find much though- so maybe I'm not looking in the right stores or something. I'd really liek something semi-dressy, dark wash, nice fit (not too low rise). Any reccomendations?

I love my Joe's Jeans Honey Booty Fit.  There are lots of washes to choose from, but I'm really happy with my Gigi wash.  I also love my People's Liberation jeans.

I love my seven bootcuts in NY Dark.  They are really nice looking for work and not too low rise.  I wear them for our jean day fridays.  I have been seeing the miller trowser (sp??) jeans on websites lately.  You might want to try those.

Seven Miller Trousers...I'm hoping to locate a pair at a discount jeans store I'm going to this weekend. I also love Meli-Melo trousers for the same purpse...there are loads on Bluefly. I also like Joe's Jeans Honey and Muse fits, as well as good ol' Seven bootcuts in NY dark rinse and COH Ingrids in Pacific or a darker wash for regular jeans.

Isn't it great to be able to wear jeans? I started working on the set last month and for once there's no dress code!

Earnest Sewn jeans in the Maz Dark wash look really classy. I love the Hefner fit because it's not too low rise and the bootcut is not completely obvious. I bought a pair at a local boutique for around $60. They're on sale for $107 at Bluefly.

Oh, and on a side note, Express is having a great sale on their jeans. I bought two skinny jeans from there that fit really well, but they also have some trouser style jeans that could work for you. Most of their stuff was priced at $29 or less. I hope that helps!

I am another advocate of Joe's Jeans. I have never worn a pair that fit better.
