DVF Dress Sizes

DVF generally runs one size small. If you wear a 6/8 I think you'd be fine in a DVF 10. Recently I bought my first one and had to size up to a 10 (I normally wear an 8 in DVF), though that particular style ran small this year.

I've never tried on the dress you're looking at, though.

I think dvf dresses run big. all my dresses are 4s and 6s and I am not a 4 or 6 in real life.

If you've got any kind of chest, you'll want to consider that as well. I am a C cup and I have to size up in DVF (my normal dress size is 8; in DVF I am a 10).

Thanks everyone for the information. I often have to have my dresses taken in from the waist up. Even though I wear a DD cup, my rib cage is very small. I think with the cut, the hips wouldn't be a problem so the 8 should work.

I'll have to think about it a bit as I just bought a BR silk wrap dress in a geometric pattern a on e-bay. I'm a dress a holic.
