Zappos return policy

Hi ladies- Do you all know if Zappos will accept shoes that have been worn twice? They put horrible blisters on my feet and there is no hope. Just wanted to see if anyone has experienced returning shoes that they have worn. Thanks for any help.

they are supposed to be unworn, but their customer service is so good they might just take them back anyways.
