Need Help Recreating an Outfit

I am trying to revamp my closet a little, and I really like this outfit in Lucky. I believe it is this month's, but it might be last months. I just ripped out the page. Anyways, it is on page 148. It is of the green skirt, white button down and a white cardigan and a black and white belt. I know it may seem really boring, but I like it and I need help finding all the pieces cheaper. I tracked down the shirt to start with:


 


It is $120, which is very expensive for a girl on a budget. So can anyone please help me out. Thanks in Advance.

As far as a similar skirt try br outlet.  They usually have sateen skirts like that.

F21 has some great knock-offs of the Anthro white top. If you have one near you, check them out.
