B: 1 whole grain waffle


S1: rf cheese stick


S2: 1 oz almonds


L: lentil soup


S1: rf cheese stick


S2 (if needed): rf cheese stick


D: ww pasta loaded with tomatoes and veggies; 2 glasses of wine; piece of dark chocolate


E: did 45 minute spin class over lunch break (that's why there are two snacks in the morning) and walked for about 20 minutes. that's probably it. but if friend cancels after work drinks I might do weights for an hour.


Fitday: 1342 calories for day

Afternoon girls. How is the SB diet going for you BluBirdie?

B: pb toast and skim milk (6 pts)
L: corn dog (3), pickles (1), yogurt (2), hot chocolate (3)
D: unsure. Probably Salad (4) and a grilled cheese (3). I am not in the mood to cook

E: I'm hoping to get to exercise but I am unsure when I will get to go home tonight.
