Chicago Girls Get Together - A Different Attempt

i can't do it any other the weekends of July because I have my bf's 30th birthday, and a wedding/my brother's birthday as well as my required two weekends that i have to work.

i can possibly do a weekend in august (not the 12th) if it's not a weekend i have to work (if we plan it before this weekend, i can put a request in to make sure i'm not working that weekend).

thursday night and friday night are probably the best for me. i would also be up for sunday afternoon.

for me it's really hard to get to the suburbs because i don't really drive and i don't know the 'burbs at all.

that being said, i know my schedule is more open during week days so don't work around my schedule if another time works for everyone else.

but we really do need to get this going.

OK, I can do the city (P.S. Tapas sounds GREAT!!) any Friday, Saturday, or Sunday in August except the 6th, the 11th, the 12th and the 13th. Let me know what we figure out.

I am always in for a get together at Cafe BabReeba, I love that place! The weekend of Aug 4-6 works for me, either that Friday or Saturday.

i absolutely have to put in my request by 3pm today. i will totally do it, if it's a good day for everyone, but since i'm taking off the weekend of the July 28th, and August 12th, i was planning on working that weekend so i don't have to work two weekends in a row.

so, hopefully everyone else can respond so i know whether or not to put in the request. sorry to make things difficult, i just don't want to put the request in and then have that weekend fall through.

Hey guys! I'd love to join! Coincidentally, Farrah's b-day is Aug 5, and for the past two years we've celebrated at BaBa Reeba. We love their sangria & tapas.

Anyway, I am not sure what her plans are for this year's birthday (it's the big 3-0), but I'll ask her.. But I'm thinking the 4th would probably be better for her, since she might have special plans on the 5th. I'll get back to you.....

Is everyone still up for it? The two of us are for sure in. They do take reservations so we should set that up a week before or so. Let me know!

It sounds great guys but I'll have to see how I'm recoverying from surgery then. I would hope I'd be about 98%, but it's just not a sure thing. Have a ton of fun, sangria and tapas sound fab!
