"Morning" sickness tips?
Permalink Closed

I figure with as many new mommies/ mommies to be out there someone would have some tips for "morning" sickness. I seem to be getting it less often but now when I do get it- it seems worse than last week. I still haven't actually gotten sick but came very close today. I'll take all the advice I can get! TIA

the only thing that ever helped me with morning sickness was to actually throw up.  if i would throw up first thing in the morning, the nausea would be a lot easier the rest of the day.

eat small amounts frequently. I always had snacks stashed everywhere. Other than that mint items helped as well as lemonade. I got those preggi pop drops and the sourness I think eased it a little for me too...
