this was the motivation behind my ridiculous spending...and a pretty good workout. it's amazing how easy it is to run when you're pissed off.


this friday is my last day of work. my boss knows this, since i sent her an email, and we've gone over this a million times. i've noticed in the past 2 weeks she's been kind of cool towards me, but i assumed that i was just being sensitive. (one of my faults is being way too sensitive).


anyway my boss left to go to a conference yesterday, and she didn't say goodbye to me. at all. not even good night. i'm just so taken aback by it, and the fact that anyone could be so petty. i've been at my job for about 5 years, and i worked my ass off.  and there was never a problem with my work.


the sad thing is i half expected something stupid like this to happen... i didn't want a lunch or anything, just a simple goodbye. thank you for your service, good luck in school would've been nice.

Well that sucked for you.  I know you weren't expecting anything but receiving some sort of appreciation or thanks is always nice to hear.  I find that for some reason bosses take it personally when you leave even if its for school or some other reason that is unrelated to them.  I can see their point but not everyone loves their job or company the way others do.
