Any favorite brands out there, I had tried Crest Night Effects a long time ago, is there any better ones?

Crest White Strips.  I think they work great.  Get the 7 day Premium ones - they work great and it's only 7 days.

Also, Listerine now makes a Whitening Mouthwash it works great.  It's the only mouthwash I like because it's mild and doesn't burn at all.  I've seen a huge difference in whiteness just from using that twice a day.

my dad's a dentist and he made me a fitted tray in which I have used opalescence whitening bleach.  this may not help you, but....

i lost my tray (shhhh) so in the mean time i bought white strips, but i still use the opalescence whitening bleach (one thin line) across the strips.  i feel like the bleach is better than just the white strips and you can definitely tell a difference.

when i go home in a couple of weeks, i'll have him whiten them and fit me for another tray.  the benefit of a fitted tray is that sometimes people can get a marble effect (some places on your teeth get whiter than others).  also, with the tray i don't notice it, and it is easier to leave in longer.

i've also noticed that overstock sells bleach if you want professional strength bleach (i've never tried it) but it looks similar to the kind that i use from my dad.

i use a combination.  crest white strips and colgate simply white toothpaiste.  the strips are amazing on their own, but the two together, perfection.

DITTO! I use the whitening strips to get rid of the deep stains and the mouthwash to maintain the whitening. Love it! Now target makes a whitening mouthwash and it works just as wellas the Listerine one!

I used crest white strips before but it made my teeth hurt sooo bad! even after one treatment. has anyone else had this problem w/sensitive teeth? Is there a toothpaste out there that i could use instead...or maybe some strips that dont make my teeth hurt?

I've used Crest Whitestrips before.  They work really good but I hate having that crap in my mouth!  I try not to swallow and that only makes me really need to!

I just use my Mentadent whitening toothpaste.  Works but not strips white.

I had this problem when I did one strip right after the other. They recommend doing that on the package, but I tried it once and I nearly DIED. It felt like my gums were burning off. The freaky thing is when I took off the strip, there was this chunk of my gum that looked all swollen and it had turned completely WHITE. It looked like it had died or something. It lasted like that for three days. That was the end of Crest White Strips for me.

I like the listerine whitening mouth wash. I think it works better anyway, and no burning, dying, white gum! Always a positive!
