after a good week...... this weekend *kinda* went downhill.  with a hot baseball game (beer) and limited food in the fridge, it wasn't the best.  BUT,  i did go the gym 6/7 days last week (including friday and saturday) and made a healthy pick at a resturant and stetched out the meal to last me 3 meals.

b- coffee, oatmeal

l- salad w/ white beans

s- homemade fruit smoothie w/ protein powder

d- veg. fat free refried bean enchiladas (chicken for bf) with peppers, corn tortillas and a bit of sour cream and cheese (not the best but it will have to do till i go to the farmer's market).

s- low cal. ice cream in the fridge (3/4 cup that's it!)

e- i'm walking to the lake in a bit and i'll be at the gym at 6 pm to watch the cubs game.
