i keep this in my medicine cabinett at all times.  if i even think my hubby is going to get sick, i start taking it and start giving it to my daughter.  so far, my hubby has gotten sick a few times, and i haven't gotten sick at all, and my daughter has only gotten sick once, but she was only sick for like 2 days.  i really think it helps you to not  get sick.  and if you do end up sick anyway, it really helps you to get over it faster.  i give it to my hubby too when he first gets sick and it does help him get over it faster.

I tried this for a cold once, but I didn't do it religiously... I only used it about twice. It did seem to help a bit. It tastes awful though.

My DH does it all the time - if there is something going around his office or something similar. I've used it a couple of times when I felt I was coming down with something & I think it works.

My cousin is a substitute teacher and she swears by it since she is constantly around those little germ machines.

My dad also swears by it.

i think it's the second coming...honestly. i've never gotten sick despite the whole world coughing on me so long as i down airborne for a few days. same with bf.


the newer pink grapefruit flavor is pretty good, but i can down all of them easily.

the pink grapefruit flavor is ok while your drinking it, but as soon as you stop, you get a wave of nasty after taiste that makes me want to throw up.

I went and bought some over lunch.  I've already got a cold but hopefully it will cut the time down.  Next time I'll know better.

Love that stuff.  If you have a Trader Joe's nearby they sell it at a decent price.  Think they make lozenges now too.
