I m wondering if those high end designers shoes does make a difference for your feet compared to those average made such as steve madden, kenneth coles, etc..
I got really bad blisters all over my both feet from those kind of average shoes. I wonder if its a better investment in those high end ones so i d reduce the blisters/cuts?
Since I'm a recent college grad, Steve Madden, Kenneth Cole, etc. are my "high end" shoes when it comes to price range, and I find them much more comfortable than the cheepie shoes I normally buy. So I would guess that the comfort level would go up even more in an even higher price range. This might not be all that helpful, but Stacie London from WNTW insists that higher price shoes are higher quality and much more comfortable, and people on the show always seem to agree in the end.
i truly feel that it depends on the shoe itself. i have shoes from all price ranges, and i have cheepy shoes that look great and are extremely comfy, and i also have very expensive shoes that look great, but kill my feet. so i really think every shoe should be based on it's own merrits, not on it's price.
Well, the are many shapes of feet so I'd think it really doesn't matter the price of the shoe. And maybe it's a psychological thing: if it's an expensive shoe, you want it to be comfortable so your mind tells you it is, when in fact it's not!
i agree with cortney - it could just be your feet. my feet are extremely boney, there is literally NO meat on them at all, anywhere - so they're always torn up. couple that with my narrow heels, and it's really hard to find any pair of shoes that doesn't rub or inflict some type of pain. so, i may have ugly, beat up feet, but i have cute shoes!

I think it has to do with the shape of your feet and whether or not a shoe works with it. My most comfortable pair of boots are a pair of taupe suede 3" heel ankle boots I got on the clearance rack at Target for $7. I've been wearing them for 4 years or so - they are my go-to boot in the winter if I know I'm going to be doing a lot of walking but want to wear high heels.
On the other hand, I love YSL shoes but they KILL my feet. I have tried and tried and have gone up sizes, but they always kill... I think it's my foot and how it works with YSL shoe designs.
