B: rf string cheese


S: rf string cheese


L: bean, pea, chicken casserole thing


S: rf string cheese (it sounds like a lot but they're all different cheeses and I bought a ton at the store, so there you have it); 1 oz almonds


D: omelette with tons of veggies thrown in, maybe some asparagus on the side.


E: 1 hour weights; 20 mins. cardio

Afternoon!!

B: kashi go lean crunch with blueberries - 3pts, fruit- 1pt
L: black bean burger, yogurt, cherries - 8pts
D: pork stirfry with vermacelli noodles, salad -12ish pts

E: didn't go last night so I'm going tonight and doing 30 mins cardio, legs, chest/back, stomach weights
