question about Lucky Breaks discount

So you know the Lucky Breaks section in the back of Lucky magazine? On the last page there is that "You Loved it in Lucky" section where they have discounts for 9 different things featured in that month's issue.

My question is, does the discount apply to everything on those 9 websites, or does it only apply to those 9 particular items? Nothing on the page says "everything on this site" nor "this item only."
