I thought I saw some in H&M the other day.  Also try places like Express, Limited, and NY&Co for some knock-offs.  Charlotte Russe and Rampage might also have some decent copies, though decidedly not leather.

Not sure what your price range is, but I love my hayden harnett cuff, the leather is so nice! This one is $88 but I think you can get 25% off with codes floating about, so it makes it about half the price of the one your lusting after.

I just saw a cuff in this month's Lucky (July w/ pink cover).  I'll have to go through it again to find it, but I believe it was around $80 and the brand was something like Jutta ________or Julitta ________ or something that started with a J.
