So I ordered my first pair of Citizens off Ebay, and I can't say I'm impressed. I'm not seeing the difference between these jeans and what I normally buy at The Gap. I was expecting to be like "Wow, I look great in these jeans!!" Instead, they're too loose in the waist and too long in the leg. Should I keep them and get them altered or return them? I've never had jeans altered. About how much do you think it will cost me?

I think you should return them. They look like they're too big, particularly because I'm sure they'll stretch out. Just because jeans are designer doesn't mean they're going to look killer on you, you should go to a store and try them on and see what you love. Even with Citizens there are some cuts that look great on me and others that are awful.

They look a bit big for you. My Citizens stretch out, so I'm sure yours will stretch out even more if you decide to keep them. I think they'd fit you perfectly if you went down a size.
