B- 3 egg whites, mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, mozzarella


L- salad w/craisins, mandarin oranges, craisins


S (post gym)- protein shake


D- sushi


E- arms, abs, elliptical 60 minutes, incline walking 30 minutes, 30 minute r/t walk to the gym.  i did a ton of cardio because when i got to the gym, i realized the cubs game was on, and since it was close, i didn't want to leave and miss something.

B:  2 pieces ww toast w/ff cottage cheese, coffee, orange juice


L:  Spinach salad w/avacado, tomato, parmesan, vinegar, hard boiled egg white; diet soda


S:  Apple, iced tea


D:  ?  FH gets home from his conference soon, so we might go out ...


E:  Just packing and lugging boxes today

Ha! I've done the same thing before but with the Astros. I went through a period where I would schedule my workout times around the games, so I'd stay longer.


B: 1 organic flax waffle; 1 tablespoon whipped pb


L: CPK salad with bacon and gorgonzola cheese (yummy!)


S: 2 string cheese


D: salad from new salad joint nearby - can't wait!


E: none. I suck but a friend is having a get-together right after work, so I'm opting for fun vs. work. Figures.

E: abs and arms. i've also been walking about a mile more per day because my office decided to up and move to no metro land.
