Decorators... need your help!

I want to redo my master bathroom.  Everything in the B/R is visible from the bedroom except the toilet, in it's little room.  I want to paint the bathroom chocolate brown, but I'm not sure if it would be too much or if it would even look right w/ the colors in my bedroom.  The bedroom walls are painted a color called "Rejuvenate" from Behr.  It's a sage/celery green.

My bedding is this...

The duvet is the red and quilt is the khaki below.  The green in the leaves is the same color as the walls.  I have red and ivory accents around the room.  I recently added some gorgeous chocolate brown sheets and I love the combo so much, I was thinking of making my whole bathroom the color. I would accent with the green (all my towels and mats are that color, so they have to work.  What do you think about a brown bathroom?  Would it look good w/ green?  ARGH!  I love decorating, but I'm so indecisive that it kills me!

BTW, I was thinking brown w/ ivory candles and then the sagey green towels/ mats.

ETA- IF I clean my room tonight, I'll post a pic.

I think it would look fabulous!  I painted my guest bathroom the same chocolate brown that I painted my family room and it isn't overwhelming for the room (and it isn't big at all).  And I love chocolate and sage green together.  So go for it and take before and after pics!

My half bath is a fab color called "sorrel" from Sherwin-williams (or maybe Benjamin Moore), and it looks soooooo good!  My master bath is a dark color, too, and it really works.

Another option, if you don't mind a lot of green, is to find the color you painted your bedroom and go up 2 or even 3 shades from that for the bathroom.  I guess it would depend on the color of the countertops, too.

I think it would look great if you brought those colors into your bathroom. I had that problem too when we moved into our house because the bathroom opens from the bedroom.  I ended up doing the same thing and using the colors from the bedroom in there. I really liked it better after I did that. Let us see how it turns out.
