Studded bags?

I have had a little crush on the Kooba Claudia bag which is very similar, but I have the same hesitation about the studs as you do.

Here is a question that might help you. How long have you ever used a particular bag? I'm thinking that if you only use any given bag for one year and then grow tired of it, you'd be safe getting this bag. I think studs would be okay for that long. But if you usually use your bags for 2+ years, I would say skip it.

I would pass. I do like the bag, and I have a bag with studs myself that use every single day. But I don't know if you should take a $450 gamble on something that you're worried will be out and you won't want to use next year

I love it! I would get it in brown, it has a 70's vibe to it and word on the street is the 70's are gonna be huge this fall.

I don't consider studs a trend, so I think you'll be safe. The bag is really cute and I definitely would buy it if I had the money!

I agree with Zeigeist that it depends on how long you use your bags. I use mine forever and wouldn't get this bag (as ADORABLE as it is) bc I do feel like studs are going out.

eek I hope studs aren't on their way out, I just bought a hot brown leather bag with studs last night.

I would get the bag! The studs don't scream OBVIOUS and it has such a subtle rocker-ish vibe.. Perfect for a simple outfit.
