B: 1 organic flax waffle; 1 tablespoon whipped pb


S: rf string cheese


L: white bean & bacon soup; rf string cheese (the soup was just flavored with bacon, no actual bacon in it)


S: 22 almonds & sf, ff jello


D: thin, wheat crust pizza; asparagus


about 1700 calories, according to fit day - ouch


E: 1 hour of weight training (according to fit day, burns about 350 calories) so I'm down to 1350 consumed for the day.

B:  2 cups coffee w/ff milk, banana, hard boiled egg white, orange juice


L:  Avacado, tomato, egg white, onion, and cottage cheese on whole wheat


S:  Apple, yogurt, iced tea


D:  Barley, white bean and veggie soup, steamed asparagus


S:  4 chocolate chip cookies


E:  Weights, abs


1550 calories according to Fitday

Afternoon girls! I am down 2 pounds since last week!!!!!

B: kashi go lean crunch with skim milk and blackberries
L: turkey & ham lean pocket, 1 cup cherries, banana creme pie yogurt
D: grilled cheese sandwich, soup, veggies
S: pickles, fruit, 1 rice cake

E: 30 mins cardio 45mins weights.

i'm feeling kinda out of it today/not hungry


b- coffee, cottage cheese


s- light grapefruit juice


l- f.f lentil soup


d- ?  i'm not super hungry today for some reason. 


e- short run by the lake.  sit-ups, resistance bands
