I need some help on an outfit for both my mom and me. We were invited tomorrow night to a dinner to celebrate my moms friends birthday. My mom wants to wear a white blazer that she has but doesnt know what to wear it with, only that she would like to wear a necklace she got recently. The pictures below show the design the blazer has and of the necklace.

My part! I dont know what to wear. I was thinking my black and brown gauchos but I have worn those before when I have gone out with them so something different? Jeans maybe or a skirt?Any ideas? TIA!

Its not really dressy but since she sees her friends not too often she likes to dress up. She was thinking about khaki capris or long pants, white or jeans.


Oh yea and we are going to Macaroni Grill.

I think she should wear it with dark wash jeans and then some sort of bright colored heels.
