help w/an outfit for a work function

hi girls!


i am going to the southwest for a sales meeting w/all of my other coworkers.  we have an all day meeting one of the days that the dress code is "business casual".  i work in a fashion conscious industry so i can be fun and funky with what i wear.


i want to wear my white pants from BR.  other than that- i'm at a loss.  can you put some outfits together for me to draw upon some inspiration?

I see the white pants with a colorful print top and a colored blazer... but I know your industry tends to shy away from colors.

great choices!  i love that shirt...


i was leaning towards doing an all white look and shying away from blazers b/c where we are meeting is 100+ degrees now.


i also saw this last night at nordstoms.com and liked it but the back is open...

which means i would have to go the route of wearing a blazer with it...

Is the event going to be outside? Just asking because usually places blast the AC when it's hot out, so you may be cold inside even if it's 100+ outside.


Well this isn't all white, but it looks cool temperature- and style-wise. You could wear these w/o a blazer.

totally fell in love with this shirt:


and went to anthro to buy... as in normal anthro website dealings... they were out of stock in my size!  grrr!!


so i looked around some more and found this:



what do you think?


i know i totally went off the "all white" concept- but i really liked the "java" colour of this shirt.  i was thinking red accessories for it?  any suggestions?

I have the shoes and LOVE them!  With red accessories, I think that is perfect!
