I think you'll be ok with a small. I wore a 27 before i got pregnant and mine are all size small.

I ended up getting mediums and am pleased with the way they fit. I probably could of went with the smalls but they would have been snug across the behind and I wanted a loose comfortable fit. Oh, and I had to get them hemmed to wear with my 4" wedges, so I don't think length will be an issue. I have a picture of them in TS before I hemmed them and I have a pic on my camera of me wearing them last weekend after they were hemmed, I'll try to post that later this evening.

Thanks FP - I'd love to see a picture! I think I'll go w/the Mediums if you like the fit of those - I believe you and I are about the same size, if I'm not a tad bit bigger

Thanks for the pics FP - you look too cute! Are your pants black? BTW - thanks for enabling me - I've been eyeing that Ella Moss top and now I want it after seeing how cute it is on you! Where did you get yours?

They're brown. I love that Ella Moss top, it's even cuter IRL. I got mine at Revolve, but I seen it this weekend at Nordstrom's on sale.

Anyone want to weigh in on the sizing of these? I'm kinda confused on whether I should get the S or M.

First, Just let me say no matter what size you get you're going to love the beach pants, they're the best. Ok, as for sizing, I think it sort of depends on how you want them to fit. If you want them more fitted you should go for the small but if you want them looser you might want to try the medium. I'm usually a 6 in pants and a 28-29 and I have a pair in medium and a pair in large. Both fit but the medium is much more fitted than the ones I have in large. HTH!

Thanks flknight24! How fitted are your Mediums? I want them cute and fitted, but I don't want them to look like they were painted on either!

They're pretty fitted, at least in the hip/thigh area where the pants are cut smaller, but I like to wear them with billowy tops and I like the contrast of a fitted bottom and loose top. But, they're not skin tight either. Also, they do stretch out a little when you wear them. One thing though, if you do go with the small, for a more fitted look, do NOT dry them in the dryer. I made that mistake and they shrink.

you will love them! they are so stretchy that the small or medium will prob both fit you, but they always say to size up so I'd prob go w/the mediu,. i am a size 0 on the bottom and I wear the small and they fit me perfectly.
