You can return things to the store, but they ONLY issue store credit - you can't get your money back.

You can return things through the mail or go into the store and return them. Be ware though, you only have 21 days from the day you place the online order.

And yeah, you only get store credit. I dont' mind because I shop at forever21 like a mad woman. I am obsessed with their dresses.

IIRC, you can return to the store for store credit or mail it in for a refund. And yes, you only have 21 days to do either.
