i saw this sweater on ebay, yes i have been on a total ebay binge lately, that i would love to buy, but i have never bought anything from hollister so i don't know if this is a good buy.  the sweater will cost either $26 or $36, depending if i win the auction or if i have to use get it now.  is this a good price?  and are there sweaters of good quality?

I have it. I got it for $39.90 + shipping and tax, so I think it was around $47. I think it was worth it. It's really warm and cozy. I wore it all winter as a basic and I might even wear it through the summer as a beach sweater (it gets into the low 50s sometimes at night). It sheds like crazy, but otherwise it's a solidly constructed sweater for the price.

I think a lot of other girls have the sweater as well (I know FP and crystal do)

The only thing is that it's an absolute PITA to clean. It's supposed to be hand washed, per the label. I have no idea if taking it to the cleaners or running it through the wash would ruin it.

That looks like the most comfortable sweater I have ever seen. I want to hug it!

Just curious how the sizing runs on it...

TTS to boutique sizing. I wear an M in Juicy hoodies (I like them super-fitted) and also wear an M in this sweater. I go one size up from my BR/Gap/ON size (S)

The sleeves are really really long but are pretty slim.

Hey Tashina, if you venture over to Thread Style, you can see the grey one on me. I tend to think the arms on this sweater are very skinny (and I have pretty thin arms, imho). I agree w/ LK that it is a total PITA to clean... I washed it once by hand & layed flat to dry, but it just stank after a while cuz it wouldn't dry (I live by the beach, so this might also be part of the problem). Then I washed it on the gentle cycle (which spins it so most of the water gets out) and it shed all over the couple other things that were in there. I think this is probably the best method to wash it, just wash it alone. Other than all that, I love the sweater! Totally worth it!

I have the sweater in gray and burgundy and wore them all winter long. It does tend to pill after washing, but it's very warm and soft, and I found them for only $30 each at Holllister. I bought the M but I could fit have fit a small, I just wanted to it be roomier. I could fit a S in Juicy hoodies and a M Juicy hoodie has extra room, if you're wondering about sizing.
