I'm feeling too blah (read: inflated, bloated, fat) to do pants shopping, but I hope this will help out some LA girls.


I like this sale because it's always clean, organized, and they always have a good amount of stuff.

bah! how did I not see this sooner? Hmm... should I take the day off Wednesday? If you recall, I was not super impressed w/ the AV's I treid at Fred Segal, but those were all embelished so maybe plain ones would fit better (and cost less!). Oh girl, why do you do this to me? Do you think it is important to get their right at 12 (or earlier to line up) or can I swing by after work around 4:30 maybe? I probably would only want (or "afford" is the more proper term after my MJ purchase) one pair... probably black. OK, that is all...

June 1st is Thursday. I've gone at 12:30 and there's never ever been a line. This is a pretty low key sale so there's usually a lot of stuff on the first day, especially for tiny you.


The pants are $129.


I also SIGNIFICANTLY prefer the AV pants with the narrower 2 hook and bar closures at the waistband.



That's probably because I feel really confined in the wider 3 hook and bar ones at the waist.

Wow, Thursday, my bad! Wow, pants are $129 on sale? Hehe, I am definitely getting only one pair... maybe just half a pair! And I think I tried a 3-hooker (haha, that sounds funny) at FS so I'll be sure to keep my eyes peeled for 2-hooks. Thanks for the heads up on that... I wonder if I should try to go at lunch on Thursday... not sure I can get out early and I probably shouldn't take the day off... so far though, hmm. Well, thanks again, you rock LK!!

They're $220 to $250 regular price. I actually paid that once too since I hated all other pairs of pants. I still pretty much hate most pants to this day. 


I was so discouraged after trying everything from F21 to Theory for years that when these fit, I jumped for joy.
