STYLETHREAD -- LET'S TALK SHOP!

I am seriously considering moving on to a new career, as I have been in the restaurant industry for almost 10 years now and I am in dire need of change. But I am nervous about changing b/c I am so specialized that I'm not sure of potential empoyers will recognize my experience as anything other than just being a chef, (ie:I'm worried that they might think all I know is food, but I have alot of management/supervisory experience and some computer experience). So I was thinking of taking a few night courses to help me get my foot in the door of a new path.

Trouble is....I don't know what I want to do or what I should take. I was thinking some basic office/computer courses (ex: Excel). I do know that I am not in a position to go to school full time. Can anyone help me brainstorm some ideas about courses to take and maybe even jobs that could stem from that?
