an excersise ball? I just ordered the push dvd and i put down the ball as one of my equiptment choices but now i have to go get one. Are certain ones better than others? Where should i buy one? thanks ladies!

I don't know which ones are better, but I got one at Target and they had quite a few to choose from.  You could also try a sporting goods store like Big 5 or Sports Authority.

I got mine from a physical therapist friend.  However, I've seen them @ Ross, TJ Maxx, Target & several sporting goods stores.

my mom just got a really nice one from marshalls for $12.  I paid $30 for one at the discovery channel store and it was so not worth it.
