Since I wasn't totally pleased with the asthetics of my Havana (the lumpy stitches on the flap), I called up CS to see what they would say.  As I believe we should expect, the CS rep said to send it back and they would send me a new one.  The CS rep was totally pleasant, which I wasn't really expecting.  So I sent the purse back last Thursday and I got a new one Tuesday.  I was so excited that the turn around was so quick.  I am not sure if it was really quick since I am in DC and HH is in NY, but 4 business days is pretty good in my book regardless.  However, they didn't send me an email with an update on what was going on, but it was so fast that I guess I really didn't need it.

That's great - I know I have my eye on one of their bags myself....

So how is the new bag - no more lumpy stitching problems?

The new bag is much improved, thanks for asking.  There was a dropped stitch on the first one too which I was disappointed in (maybe I am just picky).  The flap still does not totally lay straight, but since the bag is so slouchy you can't even tell.  I got it in luggage and I already got some lipgloss on it which are visible.   However, I figure that it will give it more "street cred" with a slightly more used kind of look.  Did I answer your question?  I felt like that was all over the place.   Oh but the bag is lovely as Lilykind describes in her review of the bag.  I would get another one (if I had the cash).
