I got mine at Lisa's Shoes in Chicago. I live here, but you could try ordering them over the phone. The store has a Web site, but the shoes weren't on the site the last time I checked.


Call (773) 376-2863. Maybe they'll do a charge-send for you.

Killa - do you mean Lori's shoes?  If so, Kaykay you should call them, I know they'll do a charge send.  I know that's how Christine got her pair.
