STYLETHREAD -- LET'S TALK SHOP!

A couple months ago I ordered a necklace through Mightyflirt.com and it shipped after a week and a half, and then took a week to get to me. Fine, whatever.

But on April 30th I ordered my Hayden-Harnett Lorca bag, and 3.5 later it still has not shipped. This is after they said it should ship in 1.5 weeks. I e-mailed CS last week to see what was going on, and they said that HH was taking a long time to ship them the merchandise. A week later, and still no shipment notification. It's one thing if it takes a while, but I HATE not being updated. You would think it it's taking twice as long as they expected, CS would notifiy customers and apologize.

The real zinger is that Mightyflirt.com charges your CC as soon as your order has been processed. So my CC was charged for the bag 3 weeks ago, and I still don't have it. That's why other stores have a policy of not charging your CC until shipment.
