Does this look right?

I was looking for a white or red cardi to wear over this dress. I couldn't find anything so I tried putting a white shirt with a belt. My mom thinks it looks good, but she has not seen anyone wear belts so high. I  had to show her several pictures to let her know that is what everyone is wearing. thoughts?

Love it! I think it looks super cute. The only problem I've had with wearing belts high like that is that I was constantly adjusting it to make sure it was sitting in the right place etc. But I think looks-wise, the whole outfit looks good, and very complete, with the belt and white shirt.

I think it looks very cute! My dad had the same problem-he didn't know why I needed a belt to hold my shirt down!!!!

I'd inch the belt a wee bit down. I  the outfit and silhouette, but your torso looks a bit short.

Your outfit looks adorable!  I just bought the same dress from NY & Co. and I bought the Navy polka dot one too w/the straps!
