i have been wanting to wear a bow in my hair for a while.  put it up in a ponytail that is one big ringlet kind of with my bangs swept aside and a bow, not a huge bow.  would i be able to pull it off in either of these outfits?

You lucky bum! You have that green dress from Forever21. I tried to order it right when it came out, but they were out of my size. I'm jealous.

I say yes, but with something a little less girly than 1 so it's not too cutesy.  I like 2 in theory, but would have to see it on.  It would also look cute with a white shirtdress or a blouse/trousers outfit.

i got lucky and found it in the forever 21 store closest to my house.  they had one and it happened to be in my size.  i tried to get this one too, but but they didn't have it and it isn't on the web site anymore.

I think you could get away with it in the second outfit for sure, maybe in the first outfit if you changed to less flashy shoes. I don't know about the most recent outfit you posted though, the bow on the cardi + the bow in your hair idea kind of irks me.
