Help me find this dress featured in Lucky

Has anyone seen the Vince Tshirit dress that is shown in the June issue of Lucky Magazine? The dress is worn by a girl on a full page, I think on like page 175, it's navy blue, and it's shown with a brown belt. It's $48 and apparently at shopbop.com, but I don't see it on the site. Do you think that the dress isn't out yet, or is it just sold out? Have you seen it anywhere else? I also couldn't find any of the other tshirt dresses they had listed on the opposite page, like the green one from americanapparel.net. I hate when they do that to me!

It doesn't look like it's listed on ShopBop but it really is..it's hidden in the buzz section.
