tara jarmon dress question

I think I have to have that polka dot dress too.  What size should I get?  I am usually a 6 in dresses and I just wondered if anyone knows what the sizing is like on her clothes?

I'm a 34D and a 6 on top. I got an L because IME the Tara Jarmon line runs small. I own another top in an M (the purple jersey sleeveless drapey one). I honestly have no idea how the polka dot dress runs though. I figure I'll just get it tailored if it's baggier than I'd like it to be.

I'm a 38B and I got it in medium and large..I'll just return whichever doesn't fit.

I have a feeling I'll stick with the large because I want it a little loose. I also have one of her jackets and I have a large in that.
