I saw this on the news www.spatulatta.com, and it's a site that teaches kids healty cooking.  They do weekly web casts and just won a James Beard Culinary award - thought some of you might find this interesting.  I'm also thinking there may be some easy recipes for me to try too! Heck, if a kid can do it...

I saw these girls on ABC News last friday and thought "Oh, cute. Good for them...blah blah blah," then they were on the Today show this a.m. and Al Roker said they won the James Beard Award this year!
